I stopped by this restaurant for an early dinner with my family. The menu is simple but sufficient, which is expected in a small village in East Ayrshire. We enjoyed fish and chips, roast beef, and the delightful lentil soup that is a family favorite. The owner and staff were very welcoming. For my meal, I tried the garlic mushrooms as an appetizer and the Cajun Chicken which were both delicious. I also indulged in the snowball dessert with cream and ice cream, which brought back memories of my time living in Scotland. I would recommend this place, just be sure to make a reservation beforehand.
As we approached the Logan gate, we were not impressed. The building looked dull and reminiscent of something from the old eastern bloc. The interior was equally lackluster and uninviting. The food was mediocre at best, with some in our group unable to eat the unappetizing slab of steak. The selection of beer was disappointing, with no real ale and the gassy beer being nearly undrinkable. Overall, I struggle to find anything positive to say about this establishment. It would be best to dine elsewhere.
Had my daughters baby shower here today. From my first enquiry to on the day the staff have been so helpful. The staff couldn’t do enough to help this morning and the buffet was amazing (freshly made, all food preferences catered for, quality food, great variety and great value for money). Your staff are amazing 10/10. Thank you so much for making the day stress free xxx
Was the Loganate last night for my brothers 60th birthday ???? meal. We really enjoyed the food and it was a great price for 3 courses. Also the food was a good portion size for the price. Would we go back again? Definitely yes. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We came here for a Sunday lunch and were greatly impressed. The food was excellent. The drink were very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and courteous.

We had an amazing party on Saturday. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The buffet they served was top-notch quality. Kudos to the staff!
