While I have witnessed some of the lax customers service that others have complained about at Logans, I'm not sure they deserve a 2 average rating though. I myself have witnessed the employees standing around and chatting and slow service at the bar. BUT, the kitchen has always really come through for me with fast delicious food. When I am visiting El Paso, it is usually just me at Logan's, so I opt for no waiting at the bar. I usually have my mug of beer while waiting for my food. Honestly, most of the time, the food came out so fast, I've hardly had a chance to drink my beer! This last visit, I had a Ribeye steak. And just like my last visit, it was perfectly cooked, delicious and seasoned...
Terrible. Where do I begin? Ordered the steak cooked to 'medium '. Received it at well done, over cooked (see pic). The baked sweet potato was burned in the inside so I couldn 't even eat the skin of the potato. Lastly, this was a pickup order. When I called from the parking lot to confirm at designated pick up time, the employee who answered told me it would be 20 more minutes; even though it had already been 30 minutes since I ordered online. I called a second time and the person that picked up the phone was giggling then put the phone on hold. When they did answer again, they told me it would still be 20 minutes because there are a lot of orders ahead of mine. Lo and behold, I went inside...
I would give ZERO stars. Worst experience ever!!! We walked in after being on the road for 12 hours and no one greeted us or bothered acknowledging us. Several employees saw us and walked the opposite way. After this happened FOUR times, we left. So rude! We went the Cheddars instead. Very disappointing because they closed our local Logan's and we wanted to eat here very much. Your loss. No wonder y'all are closing locations.
Service was ok, but drinks were too sweet and no alcohol, Mac and cheese wasn't cheesy, and steaks were ordered medium well and they were dry and over-cooked. Worst part is it was later in the evening so they weren't crowded.
