I've been going to Logan's for years. Mostly great food and service. My wife once worked there also my sister years ago. As of the last 4 months I haven't been back and don't plan on it. On my anniversary there was a seating issue which was not our faults and we were not aware about it. After being seated with our new born I was approached my a manager named Aaron Bennet. He rudely told us to get up. We were confused and he said we can't sit ourselves. We explained that we didn't and the waitress told us to sit here. He proceeded to call us liars and removed us from the seats. I respected his decision even though he was wrong and was rude I obliged but I did attempt to have a civil conversat...
Worst customer service ever. So my wife and u and some friends decided it was steak night, we get to the place and of course it's packed so we put our names in and decide to go to the bar area for a drink while we are waiting. Wife orders a drink np, I order a drink based on a long Island but made with whiskeys, the exact same recipe drink they sell across the street at bubbas mind you. The bartender informs me she can't sell me that drink because it's to much alchohol!! Even though they sell it across the street mind you. Ok so I order a drink off the menu only I ask her to cut the sour mix to half sour and half soda water, easier on the tummy. Nope can't do that. Frustratingly I settled on...
We went to Logan's to celebrate a birthday. We had a larger party. Having been a server in the past you either needed someone with lots of experience or 2 servers on a party of 20. The food was great and he didn't mess up any orders. BUT..... the service was slow we were never offered refills on sodas or asked if we wanted 2nd bar drinks. My salad was swimming in dressing and they ran out of croutons for half of them. Our appetizer plates were never cleared, other tables had water pitchers that would have been nice) and we were help hostage for 30 minutes trying to pay because he was overwhelmed. A big shoutout to Skyler for the exceptional service! She had the Chicken Fried Chicken smothered in white pepper gravy, and it was delicious. We've visited a few times this year and enjoyed the great prime rib they offer on weekends, as well as their truly fantastic half-pound burgers, which are a personal favorite. We usually go for a late lunch when it's less crowded, which is nice.

Logan's in Southgate is decent, but not outstanding. My husband and I visited for Easter dinner and ordered battered mushrooms, steak, mashed potatoes, and corn, along with some complimentary biscuits. I had a cocktail while my husband opted for a beer. My blueberry cocktail was supposed to come with a lime wedge, but that didn’t happen. The mushrooms were slightly overcooked, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, as the waiters were constantly darting around the dining area and appeared to be overwhelmed. We plan to return another time when it’s not a holiday to see if the service improves.
Real question What can you recommend vegetarian?... then she laughed. Lol .. she offered 4 sides for $8.99 sold.. In fact it was indeed feel like a full meal. I knew I was coming to a barbecue restaurant, but dint want to be that fuzzy guy in the group. But i wish they had at least one variety of vegetarian meal, something like veggie burger. Friendly staff, well maintained interior.ample parking. Free roasted peanuts. :
Went here for my birthday; The experience was amazing. The customer service was good, servers were so sweet. The food was delicious, especially the rolls. I would say those things are better than the ones at Texas Roadhouse. The ambience and lighting were oddly comforting. Loved the little birthday chant/ritual they did. 10/10 would recommend, will be coming back soon!
Great food and great service once you sat down, but the layout of the entrance/lack of waiting area makes the process of waiting for a table kind of terrible. There no place to sit and wait so we waited in our car and even when we got the message that our table was ready we had to fight through the crowd and then waited at least ten more minutes to be actually sat.

The food, service, and bar were below expectations. I can make dry, microwaved ribs at home. This experience was very disappointing for my husband and me, especially since we rarely have a night out together, and it was marred by poor everything. I had to leave a star rating.
The Logan steak was tough and undercooked. The rice was not warm and the server was scarce when it came time to receive the bill. The extra step involved in using credit was inconvenient compared to most restaurants.
