We came this Sunday 01/21/24: There was no heating in the building where the playground is located. Result: we were frozen!! The people present were all in coats!! Refrigerated (and I 'm not exaggerating), I went to remark to the young bearded man on the floor who made fun of everyone, insisting that he had put on some heating and if people were wearing coats it was their problem!! This gentleman does not lack nerve!! his attitude is unacceptable and frankly I was amazed to see that he was lying to this extent!! An impertinent attitude which does not it has no place!!! I quote: I 'm not cold! So we don 't care about the well-being of customers at LOISIFLANDRES!!!!!
Concerning leisure kids: Used to the place, the children have a blast there, we always find somewhere to sit (we often go there on Sunday afternoon, but sometimes also on Saturday) On the other hand NO heating WE WERE FRIGORIFIED I spent the afternoon with my big jacket, my scarf and a shawl. It's almost scandalous and also BIG SMOKING PROBLEM WITH THE WAFFLE MAKER since there was a change of team it's a disaster, the lady in her 50s who was there a while ago managed us expertly we didn't have this problem with the smell of burning and smoke. Ask her for advice or bring her back!!
Loisikids a bien changé depuis ses débuts....la pauvre dame est désormais seule pour gérer l'accueil, les boissons, les enfants et les adultes incivilisés qui montent dans les jeux et compagnie. Bon courage à elle. Dommage, vu le prix payé, que le gérant préfère se faire le max de tunes, plutôt que d'engager du personnel qui serait le bien venu et néglige le bien être des employés. Je rejoins les autres avis sur la qualité et le prix des boissons et goûter : c'est très cher pour ce que c'est
Je m’y suis rendu avec ma fille d’un an pour la première fois. L’endroit de 0a3ans est très bien par contre les grands qui jette les balles très fort vers les petits dans le piscine à balle (pour les petits! bof.. ma fille s’est pris une balle en pleine figure. Deux enfants se battais dans la piscine à balle (6-7ans Ils n’ont rien à faire la.. pas assez de surveillance. J’y retournerai peut être

The service was long, but besides that the staff was very warm and friendly. The dish I chose (rib steak Ireland) was tasty. Small downside for the bowling part which suffered many bugs . We feel that like many companies in the sector, management is trying to save too much on personnel costs. Bravo to them however for maintaining their warmth and good humor
Les consommations et la restauration sont beaucoup trop chers (surtout pour la qualité proposée). Le personnel... ne m 'a pas convaincue. Cependant les tarifs loisirs : bowling, jeux... sont tout à fait acceptables.
C'est un peu cher pour la qualité des loisirs. La propreté des sanitaires laisse à désirer. Personnel pas très enthousiaste de travailler. Billards il n'y a que 3 tables et manque d'espace
Déçue de notre visite à loisiparc, jeunes filles au bar manquent cruellement de tact et surtout d’amabilité ! toilettes sales ! Un café 3,10€ !!! Pas prêt d’y remettre les pieds !
