Beautiful surroundings and the best Maitre D' I have watched in some time. The menu is brief, but the dishes are a joy to look at and created with talent for presentation and great combinations of flavour and texture to offer a complex, but well balanced plate for each course. The wine advice is sound and very courteous. We were well attended, but not constantly checked upon, as were all the other diners we observed. The atmosphere is quiet, civilised, but not oppressively formal. Excellent choice and we would happily go again, when we are in the area.
kitchen very good menu<untranslatable ya:gaspacho</untranslatable wa/thon/frises . one regrets a small mistake of service white and non-red champagne and generally the services below the price the crumbs remain on the table, amuse mouth of the chef replaced by olives and pistachio, while we are in a gastro and not a bistro but the kitchen is at the height on the contrary.
The service is perfect, the excellent kitchen, the idyllic frame and the right price. Thanks to the waiters and cooks that allowed us to spend a very pleasant evening. We went there with my vegetarian friend and the chef was able to offer us an appropriate and very gustative menu.

Very formal. Food was superb as was the service. Let them choose the wine and have their recommendations for each course. Very knowledgeable, it was super knowing exactly what you were eating.
