very medium. day bof. this day cute fillet foie gras sauce.the very good sauce but the rest not top meat too cooked to my taste too dry zucchini gratin too salty and potato too cooked in part. damaging. for the very good wine. the very nice boss, but I think in the kitchen they're planted I'll come back because I don't want to stay on a fake note.a see again
