My party arrived at this restaurant around 6:30 on a Saturday evening. We were anticipating a peaceful atmosphere, but it was actually quite lively, which we took as a positive sign. The service we received was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal in the pleasant ambiance. We couldn't find any faults during our visit. It was a pleasant surprise to see that Luke was still working there, as he had taken care of us on our first visit a few years ago. Once again, he provided us with excellent service.
Booked In Advance and glad we did. This place is popular for a reason and was full. Taken to our table in the extension part, which is nicely decorated and clean. We were sat next to the metal fire door which was drafty but not enough for me to ask for another table. The staff were attentive and knew their menu. The food was lovely and all four of our party really enjoyed the meal and drinks.
My fiancée and I booked a table for a large group to celebrate her 30th birthday, and our experience was exceptional. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was lovely, and the live guitar playing was the perfect touch. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a brilliant evening out.
