Tonight I had the most appalling dinner experience of my entire life and in the UK!!!! I was with a group of investors all from African countries including myself even if I have very light skin tone. I have to say this like it happened. We were four and as the other 2 colleagues sat down, the older chinese lady waitress showed visible discontent for the amount of time taken to place the orders which was really 5 mins then left our table upset without saying anything. Then comes this Chinese waiter guy immediately as if to speed things up, and who to Brits standards was plain Rude to my colleagues. He kept urging us to order. Bad service and lack of respect for customers. We were having a meal and the annoying woman kept telling my son NOT TO MAKE NOISE and NOT TO TOUCH ANYTHING. We had to constantly stop eating and talk to our children. But what can we do when children under 3 years old want to run and play? And that woman was rude, unpleasant, and didn't like my son walking around. And that continuously repeated 7-8 times. And our meal was ruined. It's a shame that they live in a country where children come first. I live nearby and I will definitely tell my friends, colleagues, and relatives NOT TO COME HERE.
Great place to go. Food is awesome! Location is perfect, parking ok (quiet time), service is outstanding!!! Ate battered squeeds, salt and pepper ribbs, pork belly, so good, prawn toast (small and had not sauce, but great), beef with Chinese mushrooms and bamboo, all really good, ah! and special fried rice, not bad. Will recommend and defo go back!!! Thanks
Don’t bother! You get better tasting food portion sizes from takeout places such as Oriental style in Heston. Seems like they placed most of their capital into the aesthetics of the place as food lacked everything possible from flavour to texture. The price of what you pay for definitely doesn’t add up. I went here because I really wanted to eat while staying at a hotel near the airport. Must order more than 10 pounds per person The atmosphere is nice and the food comes out quickly. The fried rice and soup are okay. Maybe it's because it was my first time in the UK and I was alone, but they weren't very friendly.
The most over-priced garbage I’ve ever experienced! The food quality was awful, they try to push sell you everything and the prices are astronomical. I would strongly suggest staying away from this place. They are charging Michelin star prices for the worst Chinese food that I’ve eaten

It's very bad. From the taste, to the portion, to the service attitude, there is no one who doesn't like it... There are very few restaurants that can do these three things so poorly... It's hard to rate Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Average food, massively overpriced but friendly service. Ambience not reflective of the price and quantity. Disappointing
