I don't want to badmouth this place because I like the food, it's hot and fresh every time and quite good. Papa burger and the grilled Baja shrimp tacos are excellent. But the service is lacking. Employees are friendly but it seems like only one personamong them knows what they're doing. The dining area is generally a mess (I always take my order to go) there's rarely root beeravailable, they're usually out of it, drive thru has been closed for weeks at a time because of a lack of employees and it takesabout 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be ready even if there's no one else in the store. Drove up to the drive through and the drive through wasn 't working. Walked up to the front lobby and the doors were locked with a sign that said Lobby closed due to no staff . I could see the employees inside but no one came to open the door. Pull my vehicle right up to the drive through window and honked. Employee opens the window and says the drive through is closed (obviously). I ask how am I supposed to order food and she state to walk in the front door. They don't open until 10:30 in the morning, which feels quite late, and they close at 9:30, which is relatively early—especially when compared to Taco Bell, which is open from 7 am to 3 pm. This restaurant seems to be another casualty of the local oil boom, much like others in the area. The food is good, but be prepared to exercise some patience and double-check your bill. The cashier often doesn’t seem aware of any deals that aren’t displayed on the register, despite having signs advertising daily specials right there on the counter or outside the building.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Right from the start, we were told there was no soda or ice cream available, and they didn’t offer any discount to make up for it. To top it off, only the drive-thru was open, which was really frustrating. I also saw employees sitting on food prep surfaces visible through the window, and one female staff member was vaping inside the restaurant. The service was terrible, the staff seemed untrained, and there was a clear lack of responsibility.

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the young woman who served me was incredibly kind. I really wish I had remembered her name, as she made my visit so enjoyable. She took my order with a smile and delivered my food with a bright demeanor. The fish I ordered was delicious and fresh—I absolutely loved it! I'm already looking forward to going back. I just wish there was a place like this in my hometown. Thank you once again!
The service was quick, but every time I visit, the floors are slippery—greasy slippery, not clean slippery. The chicken and fish were tasty, but the fries were overly greasy; you could actually see the grease on the potatoes. They were disappointing, and it was clear that the fryers needed cleaning, as the fries were soggy with grease.
The food was decent, but the restaurant could really use some cleaning and updates. We were seated at the front and had to deal with flies buzzing around. It was amusing, though, that they didn't have any ice for drinks. You would think they could just go out and buy some to put in the cooler.
Ordered a 2 piece fish combo when got back to White 's City found that they only gave me 1 piece fish. Called to complain but when I called 3 times each time it rang 4 times picked up by automated answer saying Thanks for calling, Goodbye Kind of ahard thing to miss.

One guy was doing his best to handle everything on his own. He did an impressive job, but they had to close the dine-in service since he was solely responsible for both cooking and taking orders. The food was decent, but I really felt for him.
