I wish I could add 10 stars to this place for the humility and decency they showed me tonight. Just want to take time to share my experience. My kids had 3 coupons for a free kids meal. I called over the phone to make sure they were valid was told you had to buy an adult meal per kids coupon. Needless to say, this was one of those times in motherhood where I was relying on the free kids meal to help my 3 kids out tonight. I am not some bum, this was just a super trying week for me so I did what any mother would and strived for my children to eat. Rating three because the manager and waitress went above and beyond. However this location needs some kitchen help to get plates coming out with food on plate that is all hot and fresh. Nearly waited an hour for 2 entrees. once we finally got the 2 dinner plates we had realized nothing on either plate was even Luke warm but the additional side I added was flaming. Just seems odd a bowl of macaroni is what held up a steak and lobster combo.
We had such a great time eating at this Longhorn Steakhouse in Port Richey. Our server was so amazing and friendly! We enjoyed our appetizers and dinner. The french onion soup was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. Our steaks were grilled to perfection and the dessert was so decadent and delicious! We highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant for lunch/dinner. We look forward to going back again very soon!
In addition to what was mentioned, we also enjoyed chicken wings as a starter. The steak was cooked to perfection. The service was efficient. However, I would suggest they go easy on the salt in the dishes. The portions were generous, I ended up taking half of my meal home. My wife had coupons on her phone and a gift card for free rewards. Came here with my husband for my birthday tonight our server was Imani! She was so sweet and helped me pick out my drinks from the bar and made my birthday dessert so pretty and so yummy! Ask for her she’s wonderful! She deserves a raise!

I know it happens but service was terrible. On a positive note ribeye was delicious. We were understanding and as always gave the minimum 15% tip. I will chalk it up to a off day. I will however try again at a later date.
