we were a party of 9. we called to check the waiting period before we went to the restaurant. it was told that it was 45 minutes. we asked to keep a table and came up about 10 minutes before the 45 minutes. Maybe it was the fact that we were 4 adults and 5 children, but we were rejected sitting for the first 20 minutes. they always said they didn't have enough personal to do our party. all the time sit other parties of 2-6 people. after 20 minutes they said the waiting period is now 45 minutes to an hour. I then pretended to go live on social media and expose the manager and the hostess. Surprisingly, two minutes later, they came after me and said they had a table for us in 10 minutes. when...
ordered two appetizers and two drinks. drinks came without comment if appetizers were coming. beer with bottles had no glass. asked for one. also asked if the appetizers are coming. we were told, yes, no other note to them. a few minutes by and waitress back. asks if we are ready to order our meals. we asked again about our appetizers and said that we would not order our meals until we received the appetizers. kellnerin returned 10 minutes later with appetizers. there were only two more tables with diners. when we sat down, we were the only ones who needed supper to get lost. what was the delay? did she want to serve our appetizers with our dinner? another thing. why does this restaurant off...
My dinning experience was delightful. My party consisted of six people and we waited about 10 minutes before being seated. The seating and table arrangement went smoothly. Our waitress arrived timely, our orders were taken with patience and accuracy. The food was just absolutly great: hot, abundant dripping with flavor. The staff and tasteful food allowed for us to enjoy our gathering and dine in comfort. I truly enjoyed the Longhorn of Cherry Hill. I will recommend and I will be back. Thanks for a memorable dinning experience.
Ive been to a few longhorns and the food never disappoints. Usually it's the service that is lacking. Luckily this wasn't the case here. Our waitress was smiley and personal. She recommended a margarita for me and it was awesome. The restaurant's atmosphere was lively and warm. All of our food came out with excellent timing. I will definitely return to this location if I'm craving a big ole steak.
