You would think that a restaurant that has steakhouse in its name would make a great steak, right? Wrong! At least in this restaurant 's case. My steak was overcooked and bland! I had to eat it with A1 just to choke it down. My husband got his steak topped with the parmesan cheese crust and his was pretty good. The other food was pretty good, especially the bread they give the table.This place was insanely busy! We had a reservation and still had to wait like 30 minutes after the time. There wasn 't enough space to wait inside, a bunch of people were waiting outside, and so we actually went and waited inside the hotel lobby (where some of our group were staying as guests).With how busy they...
I want to extend my most sincere gratitude to Manager Toni and her awesome team. Yesterday we celebrated my sister’s university graduation at the Des Plaines location. We had a party of 40 guests and everything went phenomenal! The restaurant is very nice and clean. The food and drinks are delicious. The customer service was superb! Thank you a Toni, Simone, Joe and Joe for everything. This restaurant is definitely one of my favorites.
So I went last night around 7:40 our waiter every time her bought something to the table his thumb was on it LITERALLY HIS THIMB, the bread my appetizer and I was thinking may e caise its dry he didn't notice, them her brought my salad and at that point I had enough and explained that his thumb was in all my food clearly he felt this wet salad, he seemed to be upset I called him out on it but when he brought my entree he used a towel
We were seated right away, had to wait a couple of minutes for waters but I ordered the sirloin and shrimp combo. The steak was cooked correctly and the shrimp and potatoes were very good. The chicken bites we had as an app were very juicy l. Will definitely be back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The Steak had alot of flavor, and juice, also the Shrimp, and lobster soup was really delicious in my opinion our, waitress was super nice and got everything together all in all I like the hospitality we received.
The wings were not great, but the customer service was top-notch. The dessert was excellent and very tasty. The margaritas were very delicious and strong. The service was very quick and amazing.
Nick was absolutely wonderful, attentive, friendly quick. Had a lovely birthday dinner with family with such great service it made it more relaxing special! Thanks Nick...you made my 38th great!

Best stake I ever had Ambiance 8/10 Food 9/10 Service 9/10 Its bit expensive but worth it.
