3.5 stars due to the lack of hospitality by hostesses, table sitter, and waiter. The wait for a table was 45 min plus so we (5 persons) grabbed a table in the bar area. Too long of a time elapsed before drinks were offered, someone arrived to take our orders, and appetizers were not suggested. Once the food arrived we were not provided any silverware or a napkin. Also, there was a shortage of silverware as stated by the hostess. The steaks were AMAZING and cooked to order! Skip the brussel sprouts as they were too.oily and too charred. I highly recommend this steakhouse. The staff was very polite, and my waitress was both quick and courteous. I ordered the Flo’s Fillet, along with a garden salad and French onion soup. The beef cut was excellent, and all the ingredients were top notch. However, the soup and salad were served simultaneously, which wasn't ideal. The soup was warm but not hot, which is what you expect from a baked soup. Additionally, the entrée came out too soon, allowing me to eat the steak before the salad. I believe the restaurant has a high turnover rate for employees, and they frequently train sous chefs and delivery servers. Ok i know we all choose Longhorn to get a nice steak? BUT? truthfully?. this place has the best Brussels sprouts I?ve ever had in my life. I can honestly say I come here for the sides just as much as i do the main entree. ? My latest favorite entrees are the Parmesan crusted chicken and the New York Strip (med-rare of course) with either sides of Brussels sprouts, parmesan macaroni, asparagus, or sweet potato. Service at this location has always been satisfactory and the environment is spacious, yet intimate. Family-friendly environment savory food. Definitely recommend.??
I know many of us go to Longhorn for a great steak, but I have to say, this place serves the best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had! Honestly, I come here for the sides just as much as I do for the main dish. My latest favorites include the Parmesan-crusted chicken and the New York Strip (perfectly medium-rare), paired with either Brussels sprouts, parmesan macaroni, asparagus, or sweet potatoes. The food was enjoyable, but the service could be enhanced. We waited about 30 minutes at the bar, and while it wasn’t overly busy, certain sections were closed off. The steaks were cooked to perfection, but the salmon was quite bland and lacked flavor. The waitress was friendly and courteous, but she wasn’t very attentive; I had to ask several times for the same item. It was a Monday, so she may have been feeling tired from the weekend. Overall, we had a nice experience and appreciated the food. I would definitely return.
We had a wonderful Easter meal with my mother and son, and I must say, the chicken was cooked to perfection. The salads were also fantastic—fresh and crunchy! Our waiter was a kind gentleman who made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated his hospitality and kindness, and we left him a generous tip. We will definitely be coming back!
The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding. We only had to wait 15 minutes on a Friday night, which is quite remarkable. Our meals came out quickly, and the server was well-informed about all the specials. They were quick to provide recommendations and answered all our questions. I will surely be back to this restaurant!
