Nice looking place. It ends there. Ordered the filet medium-rare with asparagus and a sweet potato. Wow. Idfk how a steak house Fs up a steak but Longhorn sure can. My steak was well done. The asparagus was hard (not steamed) but dripping wet. And the sweet potato ... I had no idea it came with a pound of sugar on it. Gross. If a spoonful of sugar is your thing, you're in luck. Except, after you eat that spoonful of sugar you won't have a drink because the wait staff will never come back to refill your cup. Don 't waste your time this restaurant has THE WORST SERVICE by people hired to do a job they have no clue of fulfilling.It 's had to imagine Jack Strange a manager you would think would at least hire a hostess that knew something like Customer service or Hospitality? Not this lady representing Longhorn Steakhouse at its worst .I use to be a loyal customer but friends family and myself will never dine at this poorly run establishment.My rating for this piticular restaurant reached a 1.
The hostess with the blond hair was too preoccupied on her phone to actually enter our information while we waited for a table, our server wasn’t even the person that brought our food out and only checked in once before bringing us our bill, and the table next to us was so loud and unruly, any other restaurant would have addressed their volume. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant, I’ve had better service at McDonald’s.
I treated my wife to a very nice lunch last Friday 4/5/2024. Angelina A. was delightful and enthusiastic with her great care and service for our lunch. It was an Exceptional experience!! Brandis is a phenomenal manager. We had a couple of minor issues and she really changed the whole experience. What a great experience.
