The steaks are good, and they have a good variety of sides. It is a bit expensive for what it is, but after a few visits, I 've been pretty impressed with the food and service. One odd note: the staff would not allow us to push two tables together for our party I 'd 12 even though the restaurant was less than 1/2 full. They said this was a new policy post COVID. This made no sense as the tables were so close to one another in the restaurant, the back of your chair is touching the back of the person 's chair sitting behind you. Not really happy with that as the policy makes zero sense, and we were given no explanation other than policy . -1 for high price -1 for ridiculous large party policy
Arrived at around 430p and saw a half empty restaurant. After I was told that there would be a 35 minute wait, I then went to the bar area. NO ONE WAS WAITING IN THE LOBBY AREA. The bar was full so I sat with 2 other people at tables by the bar. NO ONE WAITED ON US AT ALL. I then left the half empty restaurant and went to another restaurant nearby and received excellent service. They need to close this location if they can't staff it properly. Will not return.
i remember when longhorn used to be good. now, the service is absolutely TERRIBLE.. when we went they weren’t even busy and we waited for the hostess at the front for around 15 mins.. not to mention there was a 25 min wait, buts that’s only because pretty much every empty table in the restaurant was still a mess.
Me and my wife ordered online yesterday service was horrible took forever mind you we paid hours ahead of time and the little heifer bartender ignored us the entire time I food was ready hours ago and wanch had the nerve to ask if we paid I don’t know her name but she’s definitely a bartender food was

First the positives: atmosphere was appropriate, (cattle heads on the wall, country music) the loaf of bread was very good, salads were very good . French fries were good. Negatives: the wife's med-rare ribeye was rare. My hamburger lacked taste, and our waitress disappeared.
A great mommy daughter date spot. The service seems slow the last couple of years as well as the bar seems to really be lacking. My favorite appetizers and drinks are no longer on the menu. Seems they only keep the cheap easy items.
Absolutely superb! The service and staff are fantastic. I've visited before and can’t say enough good things about my experience. The entire team is wonderful, and the steak is simply the best. Highly recommended!
It was an incredible experience! I proposed to my future wife with a beautiful dessert, arranged on a platter with syrup, asking her to marry me.
