Yesterday, I indulged in stopping in for a steak. I needed a treat. I came in just as they opened, and I have to say that from door to table and back again, the service was absolutely excellent. The employee who seated me was very friendly and welcoming, and the waitress was personable, thoughtful regarding my meal choices, and spot on in her results. Service of this quality enhances your dining experience. I had the porterhouse, because if you're going to indulge, might at well make it count. Great flavor with the ribeye! I found it difficult to navigate around some of the other dishes I wanted because of the use of seed oils. I would have ordered the onions and the mushrooms together but they use canola oil. I don't know why when olive oil perhaps or real butter which would be healthier choices could be used. I was told this is prepared in the morning so it was already mixed so I couldn't have it made to order. We were recommended by a friend to check this place out. He rated this specific Long Horn and said they were amazing. The food was cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere was quiet at first but once it started to pick up they turned on some easy-listening music. The service was somewhat fast but we think it was because there was a party of 10 at the table across from us and they had their food rushed out at the same time. Our food was warm/hot so we assumed that's why. Loved the decor and the lighting. Too much orange but I'm not one to complain or criticize it. I highly recommend this place. We also shared some appetizers: the Texas Tonions and the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip. Both were excellent! The onions were perfectly seasoned, and instead of being served with chips, the spinach dip came with fluffy, crispy, lightly fried flatbread, which was absolutely delightful. More restaurants should consider offering that as an alternative with spinach dip!
Overall, I give this experience a solid 5 out of 5, which is quite impressive, especially on a holiday! Keep up the fantastic work, LongHorn Steakhouse!

The food was good, but the service was mediocre. We arrived at 4PM on Friday to beat the crowd. There were only a few occupied tables, and we were told that we would have to wait. Upon leaving at 530PM, there were still many empty tables AND people waiting in the entrance area. PROBLEM... lots of customers but no workers. Tired of hearing this.
This restaurant provides outstanding value for a tasty meal. The chefs did a fantastic job; everything was cooked just right. The sirloin was juicy, and the side dishes were fresh! The waiter was friendly, and the service was prompt. I highly recommend it for birthday dinners and larger groups. I will definitely be back soon!
Based on the reviews, we went here. Ordered a medium longhorn steak and came out mooing. My wife’s steak was overdone. Definitely not coming back here. Don’t get fooled by these reviews. Enjoy your stake elsewhere.
My favorite restaurant outside of NYC! The service is prompt and outstanding. We sampled a range of dishes, and everything was exceptional!
