We had an amazing experience at Lopez Mexican Restaurant! The service is first class, they did an excellent job of taking care of us. They got our orders out to us very fast, and we had a group of 12! I would definitely go back, and I recommend them for a large group! The only setback is that it can be very loud during the day, so it's not the place for an intimate, personal date during the day. But to me, it shows that they get a lot of business because of their service. The menu is very good, with authentic Mexican dishes and Tex-Mex as well. The prices are very reasonable, and there is adequate parking as well.
THE BEST TEX MEX in Houston, and maybe further out I?m sure ? it?s so good always FRESH produce.. real real tortillas .. very very attentive wait staff. Let it be 10 seconds and you look around they are there with refills and chip and sauce refill.. ? Very reasonable prices for a good amount of food. Can?t beat the food or the prices nor the service. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the Mexican food was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my time there and I'm eager to return. The chips and salsa were particularly scrumptious. The staff was very attentive and friendly, which made the visit even better.
The food and service were both outstanding, deserving five stars. We appreciate Clarissa checking in on us during our first visit. The fresh ingredients, particularly the cucumber pico, were exceptional. We can't wait to return for the enchiladas verdes!

I was introduced to this restaurant by my coworkers, and now I find myself stopping for lunch there almost every day. The food is always hot and fresh, and I've never had any issues with the service. If you haven’t been yet, you definitely should!

The service was exceptional! The cocktails were fantastic! The chips and salsa were deliciously addictive! While the entrees were just average Tex-Mex, the overall experience made it worth it.
There were four of us in our group, and we had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday evening after a day at Rodeo Houston. We were told there would be a wait of about 15 to 20 minutes.
