Absolutely shocking. Food was a disgrace and waited over an hour and half for it. Ordered a round of drinks through the app waited half hour, went up to ask where our drinks are and the bloke said 'the app doesn 't work '. Happily took our money though. No apology whatsoever, no signs to say not to order on the app. 23 quid for 3 small plates and 2 sides, the word small is an understatement. Completely understaffed by 3 or 4 staff memberes. One staff member messing around with his friends in the pub while the football was on while there was people waiting at the bar, tables needed cleaning etc pointless him being there, also told my partner to calm down after complaining in a nice manner. I came to visit with my family as I heard good reviews however upon arrival I was greeted by a woman with brown hair and short she was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. She was very happy communicating with my boyfriend but wouldn’t even look me in the eye. She kept asking if he was okay but completely ignored me. She was clearly flirting with him to the point my boyfriend felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. It’s a shame one person has let down the whole pub. I believe her name was Jordan or Janet. Don’t bother coming.
Sorry but £15.00 for a roast , to be served in a bowl ! Looked like a dogs dinner , swimming in gravy. As for the beef was not from a freshly cooked roast , more like the frozen slices from Iceland! No one came to ask if my meal was OK, so unfortunately I returned the dinner to the bar , explained that the cutlery was dirty , and I cleaned myself with the table vinegar , ... and the food was not worth 15.00 . I had no apology from the staff. I won't be returning
Absolutely terrible experience. Food delayed by 2 hours, employees mucking around with customers, plates very expensive considering how small they are, drinks app wasn't working but no signage and still allowed people to order. Toilets blocked and smell awful. I'd recommend anywhere else, you will probably get a better experience on all accounts. Oh and your employees think it's a social event. Good Luck

Came in for some drinks ended up having food and can I just say that it was brilliant! Marnie the chef was a star , Lewis was amazing and helpful, and ruby was very welcoming and always had a smile on her face! Will definitely be back again : it was a very sunny day so I do feel for them all working in this heat just glad they got air-con :
We visited this charming neighborhood pub after attending a play with our daughter. The staff were friendly, but the food took longer than expected to arrive. Waiting 30 minutes for our meals was not ideal, especially with a hungry baby.
Went for Bottomless Brunch with my friends, we LOVED it! The staff is super friendly, the food is amazing and the cocktails are fabulous as well. Everything exceeded our expectations, we definitely will be coming back! :
Zac served me today he is really enthusiastic about his job and gave great customer service, really enjoyed my food. All the staff are lovely and gave quick service. Would recommend

Bottomless brunch has been amazing, Amy has been an absolute star! Drinks are amazing and she has been wonderful Definitely recommend! Ex on the beach is a great drink!
