Some friends told me about this place so figured I give it a try! The inside gives diner vibes and we were seated immediately which was great! The waiter was very attentive and got us our drinks immediately. We got the chicken fried steak and Los Altos Eggs Benedict with hash browns. The salmon on the Benedict was great, well cooked and it tasted good as well as the hash browns but both lacked some flavor. Personally, needed some salt. The chicken fried steak was large but my fiancé said it was pretty bland. The steak or the gravy needed more seasoning and salt and pepper didn't do the trick. I dined in today for a non-traditional brunch. We had a larger group and mediocre service. The service the last handful of times have been a huge letdown, no coffee refills or water. The menu has changed since my last few visits. We were all able to find something we all wanted. We had tres leches pancakes, biscuits and gravy, a club sandwich with avocado, and a side of beer battered fries. I opted out of a traditional breakfast and jumped right into some asada nacho fries and no complaints there, I would definitely order it again! I'm sorry we all dug in, so I will get pictures next time! It was fairly busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated.
Very large selection of breakfast and lunch meals! Large portions and could tell they were 'home ' cooked. Toast were even thicker slices like from a bakery. The chorizo and eggs was great and the breakfast steak and eggs was a nice size piece of meat. Reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Would pass up a chain place any day to eat here!
