I happened to be in town on a wet Monday night and went to another place but I left when staff started cleaning fridges on top of the bar. So off in the rain I trod until I came across Los Gemlos, and I was in for a surprise. At ten pm it was buzzing, with good humor and good staff attitude. I had a Croft stiff vodkas and got some pan fried prawns the two steak rolls washed down with a large liquor 43. A bottle of water to take home and it came to under 18€. The waiter Edwardo was polite and charming and all the staff seemed to be friendly as there was a lot of banter going on. Give Los Gemelos a try you will be surprised in a good way.
Awesome place to stop by and have a nice meatlover local special snack or the whole course with fitting wines. The entrantes were AMAZING. The salads were not the freshest of the market, but this is a place for Spanish meat and grilled sea food. The waiters hear your desires and you'll enjoy a plate of your liking. High recommends and stop by in the evening! Desserts were super sweet and enjoyable mixture of hot and cold yummities. English menu would be a good advantage, but the service and recommendantions worked in English too, despite the majority of customers being locals. Thanks to Gemelos and see you again!
Si te pilla en Caravaca y necesitas comer, este restaurante es un buen lugar para tomar un menú bastante bueno por 13€. Éramos seis personas llegamos sin reserva y nos acomodaron rápidamente y en una buena mesa. De primero tomamos dos ensaladas al centro, de segundo plato Cocido casero, después unos tomaron Bacalao y otros codillo de cerdo y de postre flan de café, tiramisú, tarta abuela o arroz con leche, todo casero y bueno. Bebimos 3 cañas de cerveza, una botella de vino, 2 caseras pequeñas y un agua grande . ¿ Que más se puede pedir ?.
A coach load of us (50) arrive for prearranged lunch.5 courses in all.Served quickly ,a great fresh salad,followed by croquets,followed by jam on Serrano,chorizo and local cheese all delicious.The main course was pigs cheeks slow cooked with potatoes,absolutely melted in your mouth.The various cold homemade flanks also delicious. Un descubrimiento volviendo de Granada a Castellón. Hicimos la reserva por teléfono,al llegar vimos que ya estaba lleno,buena señal. Tienen tapas muy buenas,nosotros nos decantamos por el menú del día. Estaba estupendo y a muy buen precio. El trato muy bueno. Volveré.
Todo muy bueno en un local bonito lo malo la lentitud en servir la comida fue desesperante y para nada fue culpa del camarero el pobre no daba para tanta mesa aún así lo recomiendo y repetiré a ver si hay más suerte en este sentido .
Solo puedo decir una sola palabra. Espectacular, pero en todos los sentidos, comida, trato y rapidez en el servicio. Así da gusto
Gran calidad en los productos que ofrece con precios muy razonables.
