one of the best advices in Spain is to eat in the many “Ventas” along the route that they happen to be on the way to the time. the trick is to search for where they are the vehicles of the local. working men, such as the trucks, suppliers, etc. the next trick is not in the restaurant area (they often have a separate one), but to sit with the locals. order some tapas, a menu del dia or a single dish and they will enjoy a good meal at a reasonable price. just as if they like a snack or something to fill this hollow spot to the middle of tomorrow, stop for toast, a pitufo (small roll filled with their choice of sink, cheese, etc) or the somewhat larger version called bocadillo this was our inte...
