The food at the restaurant was quite good, but the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our waitress didn’t speak or understand English, which resulted in our drink orders being mixed up. On the positive side, the food arrived quickly and was served hot, and it was flavorful. However, our waitress vanished after serving our meals and didn’t return for drink refills. When it was time to pay, we had to venture into the kitchen to find someone to give us our bill. To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge us by $10, and when we brought it up, a rude woman from the back started arguing with us and even told us to leave and never come back. I love Mexican food. And I've eaten at many Mexican, restaurants on the east coast. This was the worst. To be blunt the food sucked. The salsa was runny and hardly had any solids in it. The queso was the same. It would hardly stay on the tortilla chip for the trip to my mouth. The beef enchiladas were plain, hardly any seasoning, the red sauce the same. Boring. The one hard taco i got hardly had any toppings.. Just cheap shredded cheese on the same boring meat. They obviously used the cheapest raw ingredients they could buy. Other than that the service was good and quick. Waitress was attentive to our needs. But the food was so lousy I won't be going back.
Pulled up because I seen they have truck parking however I don’t think overnight parking is allowed anymore. I didn’t ask about the overnight parking situation but there’s a sign on one of the poles at the entrance saying overnight parking is not allowed due to zoning. I was in luck tho since I only needed to park up for a few hours during their business hours. I did try their Chile verde which was mid, rice and beans were really good. Server was quick and attentive. The food is also very reasonably priced. It’s a Mexican restaurant in the middle of Ohio, I wasn’t expecting California Mexican food but definitely worth the stop.
We went into Los Tios for dinner tonight. We waited a half hour just to put in our drink orders..they were busy so not a huge deal but still kind of ridiculous. Then she comes to take our drink order and we tell her that one of the bowls for the salsa was dirty and she very rudely goes where, where?!? We show her and she scrapes it off and goes here…ummm…no we’re not eating out of dirty dishes. Then she takes them and goes to another table and takes a bowl or brings back the same one…seriously?!?! We will never return!!

Friendly staff, fast service, good food, good prices.Stopped on our way driving through. Seen it from the highway and decided to give it a try. Staff was friendly, food came out in 15 minutes tops. I got the chimichangas. They were very good. Wife got a taco and a quesadilla. Also good. I would recommend it if your in the area. Parking: Has truck parking available.
The food was good, but I had a very unpleasant experience with a rude waitress. She not only mixed up our drinks but also got our food orders wrong. To make matters worse, she made an inappropriate comment about my parenting skills and my children. The overall atmosphere was also lacking. I won't be coming back.
Excellent Mexican food at an affordable price. Vegetarian options: Many dishes can be ordered vegetarian. Parking: Easy to find convenient, free parking. Kid-friendliness: Several kid friendly dishes are on the menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheel chair accessable.
Stingy with cheese barely any cheese on a quesadilla and the tacos had 3 single shreds. Learn to drain your chicken have some respect. Empty restaurant no customers no excuses I hope you fold.

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and reasonable prices. The service was prompt, and the entire staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.
The place has so much to see. The colors, the decor all wonderful. The food was pretty good. Service was pleasant. I'll go again.
