This restaurant is a real gem. It bills itself as a wine bar, but I think most people would view it as a tapas restaurant. It is a local eatery, not posh or fancy, but the owner (Pepe) sources the best ingredients from across Spain and uses them to design his own tapas, which are outstanding. His passion for good food is clear and as he serves each dish, he explains not just what it is but also where the ingredients come from and why they are the best Spain has to offer.
