After having followed antoine chef to kick in the previous establishments, we find him here at the head of his restaurant with master sommelier frédéric voné. this duo made us travel between the flavors and the freshness of the products offered with surprising weddings of taste. of the eight rethoughts in association with the kiwi, a smoky beef fillet, its foie gras with chocolate flavors, are just examples of the fun menu that contributed to the pleasant gustative moment spent in this very promising establishment!
Excellent restaurant. Daring, creative, and especially very gifted to combine flavors! A little concerned about the menu and connections offered during our reservation, we did not regret having been curious and having pushed the doors of this beautiful hotel. Don't hesitate to stop there!
Excellent address, superior service. Delicious aromas, surprising associations (special lobster lobster lobster lobster, cooked on pebbles, cucumber espuma and coconut), accompanied by a delicious canereccia 2014. We'll be back!
Very nice restaurant in Obernai with haute cuisine in their own style. Great service, really nice and qualified people. Definitely worth a visit! Good pairing of food and wine. We had a great evening here.
