Unfortunately, despite having ordered, we have been waiting for our food for over 30 minutes without receiving any information or apology from the staff. We find such a long wait very unpleasant and not up to the standard we expect from L’Osteria. It is particularly disappointing that we were not actively informed about the delay. We visited L’Osteria in Kamen and were absolutely delighted. The restaurant boasts a pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, and generous portions – the pizza, in particular, is as always outstanding. A special shout-out goes to Hassan, who served us. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. We immediately felt welcome and well taken care of. His service truly enhanced our visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend L’Osteria in Kamen!
I visited L’Osteria Kamen and was very satisfied. The food was delicious as always, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We were a small group on New Year's Eve and were extremely satisfied because the staff were friendly and helpful. One employee in particular, with her radiant smile and positive energy, made our last day of 2025 a truly special occasion
