As soon as you walk through the door you feel like you're with friends. No stiff greeting, no empty phrases just genuine warmth that is immediately appreciated. You almost forget that you are in a Losteria branch, there is so much attention, passion and personality in each of the employees. The team really lives hospitality honest, warm and with an energy that is really contagious. Plus the fantastic food that not only fills you up, but makes you happy. Everything fresh, everything made with love – exactly how you want it. I never thought a L’Osteria could feel like this. But once again it shows: It's the people who make a place special. And here you are not just served here you are welcomed...
Ich habe über die Website bestellt und bin nach 20 Minuten gegangen, um meine zwei Pizzen abzuholen. Leider konnte meine Bestellung nicht gefunden werden. Online konnte man nur mit PayPal bezahlen, aber auch das konnten sie nicht finden. Ich musste erneut warten, da sie die Bestellung erst noch zubereiten mussten?! Über eine Stunde Wartezeit für zwei Pizzen…??? Ist das euer Ernst?? Nicht einmal ein Entgegenkommen oder eine Entschuldigung… So sieht Gastfreundschaft nicht aus!
Ich liebe die Pizza in der L’Osteria. Der Salat war ebenfalls wirklich großartig (das Orangen-Ingwer-Dressing ist ein Highlight). Im Vergleich zur Filiale in Rath war der Service hier deutlich besser, obwohl es auch etwas länger gedauert hat. Der Kellner war sehr aufmerksam, hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und bot mir sogar eine Decke an, als wir draußen saßen. Sehr aufmerksam!
We passed here by accident. Delicious food, the pizzas are so big that they don't fit on your plate. Sharing a pizza between the two of you is also an option, even two different flavors. We could see into the kitchen from our tables. What we saw was hygienic and professional. Recommended!

Es war ein schöner Abend! Das gesamte Essen war ausgezeichnet, aber besonders hervorheben möchte ich das großartige Personal. Wir waren letzten Sonntag dort, bevor der neue Lockdown kam, und das Team war außerordentlich zuvorkommend – sogar darüber hinaus!
Super fast service, friendly and attentive staff, and a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, although the noise level increases as the number of guests increases. All in all, highly recommended.
Alles war sehr lecker, besondere Wünsche konnten problemlos erfüllt werden, und das Personal war äußerst freundlich.
Fünf Sterne für Monti. Er kennt unsere Bestellung auswendig. Die Pizza war mal wieder großartig.
