We haven't had Lou's in a long time, decided to get some for the weekend. Called them up and they couldn't find me???!!! Had to input my data from the beginning. Ordered the extra Sausage extra Garlic deep dish, only Large now. And an extra large thin crust garlic basil pizza. It would take 40 minutes. Only Puck up at this location. Designed for grab go approach. Picked it up, staff was upbeat, (they were slammed!)Got it home still hot, the thin wasn't cut through properly, first time. Delicious as always. Got my fix in. I had a wonderful customer service experience at this restaurant. We ordered 2 pizzas from the Lake Zurich location tonight - one thin crust and one deep dish. Unfortunately, the deep dish pizza was damaged during delivery, with the sauce being off and the pizza and box soaked in water. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Nick. He took responsibility for the issue, refunded my money, and sent out 2 new pizzas to my home. The customer service was outstanding and I am looking forward to ordering from them again!
The most lovely and kindest staff I have encountered in a long, long time. The service here is remarkable and the manager/owner will go out of his way to ensure a beyond perfect customer experience. I would recommend this location over any other, and will be driving more time to this location going forward because of how well they prepare food, their timeliness, and customer service. Massive thanks to the LZ team for working so hard; it is seen and appreciated.
Great Chicago classic Whether you're part of the Giordanos gang, the Pequod's Pals, or a part of the Lou Malnatis family, you can guarantee yourself full with a slice of their deep dish (or their crunchy thin slice). There's ample parking in this strip mall, but if you place an order and opt in to curbside parking, it can start to feel claustrophobic with more than 2 cars in the same area. Lou Malnati's is the ultimate destination for pizza lovers. It combines all of the delicious flavors that make pizza so divine - gooey cheese, flavorful sauce, and a buttery crust. While I typically enjoy trying new dishes, I can't resist ordering their deep dish buttercrust pizza with pepperoni and a hint of garlic every time. I could easily devour a whole large pizza in one sitting without any regrets. Not even a single letter.
This pizza place, located in a simple strip mall, is one of the best I've ever had. There is a lot of good competition in the area as well, with Gino's and Giordano's in Lake Zurich, and a couple of Rosati's nearby in Palatine and Barrington. However, in my opinion, this place is the best.
First, just want to say Lou Malnatis is the best deep dish pizza in Chicago. Definitely get it with buttercrust as well. I've been ordering from this location for several years, I've never had a bad experience. They're always fast and polite, and food quality is consistent.

You know Lou's is the best deep dish in the suburbs. But did you know they have the best Gluten Free deep dish! Get the Butter Crust add-on, it's worth it.
