I have been keeping an eye on the restaurant located at 47 Lake Street, just across from Mustang Bar, for the past few months. Tonight, I had the opportunity to attend the "soft opening" of this new Thai restaurant, which is fully licensed and offers food and drink pairings. The interior has a charming old-school Thai house feel, with timber weatherboard, a tin roof, traditional Thai decorations, and eye-catching Coke Pop Art pieces. The menu offered a variety of delicious entrees, including house-made grilled meatballs on skewers and Ersarn sausages. The Duck Larb Salad with sticky rice was extremely tasty, and the Namtok pork noodle soup I ordered for my main course was elegantly presented...
Really tasty! Previously we had the pork knuckle as takeaway and it wasn't good, but I'm glad we came back to give dine-in a try. The prawn cakes were large balls with a perfectly crispy outside and tender and chewy inside like a big fish ball. They came in a generous serve with quite a lot of salad, and a tasty spicy mayo dressing. Chilli snapper came as individual pieces in a tasty sauce but the snapper was overcooked. Massamun curry with beef short rib had a super delicious and rich curry, possibly the best massamun I've ever had! Beef was not very tender though, it was quite chewy. Overall super tasty flavours and beautifully presented, would definitely recommend!
It's hot, hot, hot!!! Spicy hot dishes. The burn was definitely felt that night. The spicy green papaya salad and fried rice a great compliment to the spicy hot green curry. Oh if you haven't figured it it's hot but oh so good burn. Dark mood lighting and lots of timber in this almost traditional Thai decor. A little to dark but then you don't see the little red hot chilli's I your dish until it lands in your mouth and you sweat through your meal. Indoor and outdoor seating options. They also can put tables together to make up the space for functions. There is a carpark, train and bus access nearby.
My boyfriend surprised me by taking me to a Thai restaurant without telling me beforehand. It was my first time dining at a Thai restaurant since arriving in Perth. I had been craving Papaya Salad and was delighted to finally order it. We tried out several dishes, all of which were delicious. The menu was extensive and offered options to adjust the level of spiciness for some dishes. The drinks were also enjoyable, particularly the Lychee Martini and Thai Iced Tea with Gin. Louder Louder is an authentic Thai restaurant located in Northbridge, with a separate vegan menu! Absolutely love the vibe here, such beautiful artwork and decor! I tried: Vegan Green Curry Tofu Satay Vegan Pad Thai Unfortunately they didn’t have the Massaman Curry that I wanted to try, but they whipped me up this amazing vegan green curry instead! Was really impressed with the huge serving sizes, and the freshness and quality of ingredients. All of the dishes were absolutely bursting with flavour, and the satay sauce on that tofu was unbelievable!
we ordered four dishes when the four-course meal was served, it was not hot enough a meal is lime and garlic fish the fish is served on an iron plate I am not sure if the fire was already extinguished by the time arrived. but I can touch the iron plate with my bare hands what would explain that the meal wasn't hot enough I was looking forward to this dinner but the cold meal has really disappointed our experience
We had some dietary restrictions at our table, so we asked the server for recommendations. The dishes we ended up ordering, which were new to us and not our typical Thai choices, were delicious! We tried something different and really enjoyed it. The staff was also very kind and attentive.
My first time here and I was blessed with the amazing Thai cuisine, the chicken cashew nut made my mouth watery. The customer service was something Fantastic and on time.
