The service was horrendous as the waitress ignored us. We had to grab our own menus and after waiting 10 minutes in a resteraunt that was not busy flagged her down.We had to retrieve our own drinks from the bar.The food was late arriving to the table and was cold.The steak fries was uncut and well done and tasted like shoe leather with no flavor. It tasted as if it was microwaved.Another member of my party ordered chicken nachos that had no chicken and a severe lacking of cheese.While the shrimp that was ordered was underdone and cold.This hotel bar is terrible in every way. Stay away.I wish it could give it zero stars.
I must say Bar Louie has fallen far from its grace. Frist when I arrive I was told I can sit anywhere I wanted, so I took a table top next to the bar. There were people on that side and not on the other side which mostly had table. It took over 15 minutes for the waitress to come the table I seated at dispite the place being almost empty. The food was OK and drinks tasted subpar. I mean no favor or alcohol. Maybe if you had some kids you can go to eat but otherwise don't waste your time.
I absolutely loved the ambiance and the music at this place. I sat at the bar, and one of the bartenders, I believe her name was Vanessa, was incredibly attentive and incredibly quick to fulfill all my requests, even while managing a busy bar. To top it off, the food was fantastic!
Had the Monterey chicken dinner and it was delicious!!!Subtle, natural and light tasting and so hearty. This meal hit the spot.My first home cooked and balanced meal since being on the road and so glad I chose this dish.Great and attentive service and clean establishment.Thank You.

I stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago. I enjoyed a delicious drink at this bar. Then I asked other people which steak in the US is the best? It was so fun that the businessmen, the Navy who had been in Yokosuka, and the women were all proud of their favorite local steaks.
Was really nice service manager very attentive! Had to order 2 of the Flat bread buffalo pizzas because there were so good! It Was like 3 others couples like myself there so I just wish they could have picked up the music
Decent bar/restaurant near O'Hare. Friendly bartenders. Prices about what you'd expect given the pleasant ambiance and location. Food was well prepared and delivered quickly. No complaints.
A great spot for enjoying a few drinks and some light snacks. The wings and Caesar salad were fresh and tasty! They also have a wide selection of draft beers.

This is a fantastic little spot located within the O'Hare Holiday Inn. It's especially nice during an unexpected layover (thanks, American Airlines!).
