While passing time on Saturday, my wife and I decided to grab some lunch. We stopped at Bar Louie in Broadway at the Beach. Following the sign's instructions, we seated ourselves. However, we were left waiting for 45 minutes without any acknowledgment. Multiple bartenders noticed us, as did the wait staff, and there was even a POS station right behind us being used by the wait staff. Unfortunately, we weren’t the only table experiencing this lack of service. In the end, I had to call the restaurant to request a manager! She apologized and assured me that someone would be there shortly.
The unnecessary pat down/weapon check at the front door was the most rediculus part. Considering the club next door is packed shoulder to shoulder and no one is getting patted down at the door. This is clearly because of racial profiling. A large number of the nights customers were African-American. I'm not just saying that is a coincidence. It was OBVIOUSLY racial profiling. As a former customer I will never go back. A family member worked there. From what I hear the manager Dalton is ok cursing (fbomb) at the employees. I find this very unprofessional and disturbing for a man to be cursing in a women's face like that. Do better Bar Louie!!

Great place to karaoke and socialize. They have pool tables and tvs as well. I didn't eat anything, however, my friends did and they loved it. They have a loft area as well.
Great place, live band was awesome! Food ad service was just okay. Had to get a server to order food after sitting for 20 minutes.
