We did not stay or dine here. This is regarding customer service, though. My sister's car broke down, and she had to park there. She called the next day (the minute they opened) asking that they don't tow her car. She was having a tow truck get her car. The staff member was incredibly rude, worrying my sister that her car was going to get towed. My sister was very upset, so I tired calling to see if maybe I could talk to a manager. I waited 10 minutes just to end up following another young woman picking up her meal ordered my food after waiting for 15 minutes for the server then after I received my food and proceeded to leave I realized I did not get my drink after walking back down stairs I waited about 5 mins for my sprit fries were great burger was okay (kindof dry) I ordered the Gastroburger food was pricey great for people staying at the hotel for a close food option but there options are very limited
I absolutely love going to bar louie. Tuesdays are 5 dollar any burger, very good price for the delicious shaved sirloin burger with carmalized onions, provolone cheese, garlic aloi, and a choice of fries or tots. My favorite in the menu is that. I love Anna who works at the bar. She is super sweet and knows how to bartend! She's super friendly knows how to really make you laugh. Thanks for the experience!!! Online and printed on their door it says they close at 11pm! My friend and I arrived at 9:43 pm and were turned away and told that they were closed and not taking anymore people. Even though there was a table full of people still drinking and the server carrying a batch of fresh drinks to them. Don’t waste you time going here.

This is by far the worst service I’ve had from a Bar Louie. I was staying at the Holiday Inn and ordered from them and they couldn’t even understand their own menu and the food was missing ingredients. They need new staff that is competent.
We ordered some wings and they were cold and dry. They didn't taste fresh at all. My friend ordered the fish and chips and thought the same thing. Service was great, food not so much.
The waiter didn't stay long enough to get our drink orders to the right person. After our meals were served rarely came around to see if we wanted anything.
My son was there twice in one week bought the same thing and the check was 25. Difference. Why? He is reporting you to headquarters.
