This is a place I visit more often than I probably should. However, I've begun to notice an unpleasant attitude when placing simple orders, like a 16-piece chicken only. It seems they're either out of stock or unwilling to cook a fresh batch before closing. The latest I can arrive is between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The person in the back appears to make all the decisions about whether to fulfill your order, and the attitude is simply unbearable. To be honest, it's the Black community that keeps this establishment in business, but I can no longer justify spending my hard-earned money in a place that consistently shows disrespect when I attempt to place an order during reasonable hours—especially si...
I really enjoy their chicken, but the wait time without adequate social distancing measures is quite concerning. I chose to wait outside, but then I found myself having to go back inside frequently to check if my order was ready. I wish they would improve their order distribution process.
The food is usually good but today 10/31/22 my food was cold and my coleslaw had a grayish color indicating to me that it was old. Its my favorite chicken place come on now Louisiana fried chicken please dont disappoint me anymore
