Excellent service and very good advice in wines. I've known this restaurant for 20 years. Quality is always at the rendezvous, with now a fairly short card, and recipes that make the part beautiful to local and seasonal products. A great technical mastery in the realization, boldness (e.g. granny apple trumpets the eye with smoked corn ice in dessert). The only gastronomic restaurant in the Chaume. The view is beautiful.
