While we visited Aigues-Mortes during a very hot day, we wanted to make a refreshing stop in the lounge of the remparts. the waitress welcomed us by mentioning that we could not just order coffee before we could even mention what we wanted. we have actually ordered... ice cream, which is served in the rule in every decent operation in france with a glass freshwater. we actually got only two glasses of water for our big party and were told that if we wanted more, we should order a bottle of quiet or sparkling water. so we have ordered one while we mention that this is not usual, which seemed to be deeply disregarded by staff and management, as we could comment on them to our fraction. this sh...
Very nice and airy frame but music too strong. Careful room staff but the kitchen, which seems externalized, does not follow. Late back of the waitress to explain “that there was no more in the catererer”. Okay. Given the time they came from Belgium no doubt. No fork, no sting, no sauce. I'm asking. The sauce comes, alone, well after the fries are cold and ingested. The manager asks us if everything's okay? We explain. Two coffees offered for apology. Okay. Nice place outside the city's tumult but for an establishment that wants to be high-end there are things to see. We'll see next time.
best breakfast in the opposite for Irish pallets. this opposite is not ideal for breakfast, but this place excelled. we didn't even have to order. simply asks if we have a table to the breakfast and after which the fresh bread came out. selection of tee. I mixed a beautiful Irish breakfast of 2 darjeeling and a black one. while English people take 2 black and a darjeeling for the pot. excellent service and everything for approx. 40 €
A parenthesis in time. A moment of pure magic. We spent 2 nights in this beautiful hotel where everything is thought out for the well-being of everyone. We're feeling fine right now. Superb hotel in the Remparts of Aigues Mortes. Mixture of a historic stone tower and modern furniture at the top. The staff is very welcoming and exciting customers. Thinking to ask for tips for restaurants, hotel reservations for you Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
even if they do not stay in the amazingly restored hotel, it is the place to see and on the chic shaded deck. full bar, local delicacies and large wine list with exceptional service in each language.
