We stayed at Ours Blanc for Christmas and New Year. I found the hotel to be outstanding in every respect. The staff are polite, friendly, professional and accommodated all of our needs The hotel is clean, stylish and functional. Great spa facilities after a long day skiing (or if you need to take some time out during the day! The standard of catering is excellent. Good quality buffet breakfast and outstanding quality of cuisine for lunch and dinner. The games room was great for our children to keep them entertained when as parents we wanted a quiet drink at the lovely bar. excellent stay in this beautiful cozy hotel whose rooms have been recently renovated. personal care at the reception or restaurant. access to easy ski slopes on foot. free parking in front of the hotel, beautiful view, ski room very convenient. I remove a star for unbearable heat in the rooms despite the radiators extinguished and for the evening buffet service. it is unpleasant to have to queue with its plate as with the mechanical lifts in an establishment of this category. but this does not question the quality of the products and their preparation.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel's restoration that has been able to combine modernity and respect for the mountain spirit. our room was perfect, quiet, clean and functional. pleasant staff and small care to access the expectations of customers. Restaurant side, nothing to say: breakfast and dinner buffets were hearty and excellent and the good mood of the restaurant manager highly appreciated! We will come back with great pleasure.
