we discovered this little pizzeria in 2009 . when our steps take us to the couserans, we always stop at the subtalt. the reception is always as warm and the pizzas cooked with wood fire are always as excellent. the pasta is deliciously fine and crispy, it is nowhere else and the garnish is original and very generous. Even if we're not hungry anymore after our pizza, we still share banana-rhum pizza because it's falling. The only flat is the day the pizzeria closes because of retirement where will it be necessary to go to find such good pizzas?
