L'oustau De Saint-marc

I have to say that this restaurant has a very pleasant setting and service. dishes are quite simple and of good quality. The small flat we could say is that some dishes are better than others. Lamb mouse is not very good compared to duck magret, and lamb sauce was lacking in appearance. the same is true for the entrance. Salmon tartar was high-level but the oil terrine was quite disappointing in terms of taste. some dishes had potential, but assortments did not look very worked compared to the meat or main ingredient. otherwise wine and desserts were rather successful, a good establishment but which can improve on a lot of fields!

We had a business meeting in this restaurant, the director, who was not educated, didn't even understand that we had to be careful. There were a few other people apart from us, so the restaurant is empty, and yet the person absolutely doesn't care about his reputation, it's incredible. food was so bad that I only came because I found an advertisement in a local magazine, but it turned out that it wasn't what I expected. The magazine publishes it and its name is cezanne, a shame.

very pleasant place under the trees and pergola, nice and very good table with the menu or the menu this day at 36 euros, entry, dish and dessert copied with 5 choices for each. parking under the nearby trees, 3 steps to climb and pass requested. friendly service and not too noisy atmosphere, according to the number of large tabs.
