I have been meaning to try this small cozy little Korean fried chicken and pizza spot for quite some time now, but that time has come. I got the boneless sweet garlic fried chicken plate with all of the green onions on top. Let me be clear this is small mountain of chicken and will feed you got up to 3 meals. The chicken was flavorful and crispy, no issues there. The sweet potato pizza was not bad, but the underside crust could use a bit more of a cook to be a bit crispier. I think the meatier flavor profile of the bulgolgi and bacon pizza probably would have been more up my alley. I passed by the restaurant around 3 pm on Sunday and bought takeout. I bought 2 flavors, one was original fried chicken and the other was sweet and spicy. I bought half portions of each and waited on site. 20 minutes and take away, total $32.99+tax=$36.12 Comes with a small box of sweet and sour pickled radish. The Korean guy was very nice. I ate the fried chicken at home. I thought the original fried chicken was still delicious. A half portion was 7-8 yuan. The sweet and spicy ones were not very tasty, so I threw them away after eating half of them. Such a waste. I ate here and the food was good. Great pizza, amazing fried chicken. However, i didn't know that menu items vary from location to locations which is a shame. The variety here is limited compared to other locations. First time trying this place and it was worth it. Ordered the extra crispy sweet garlic chicken. It was sooo good! Also got the Potato pizza. Definitely different but it was good. Service was fast staff always checking up on us if we're doing okay. Water was always filled. Inside was pretty small but didn't have to wait long for a table. We'll be back for sure!!
Food is good but pizzas are small and pricey. Their quality is consistent but unsure if the cost is equivalent to what you get. The staff is attentive and the drinks are cheap. The deals are good if you want a bit of food and a soda. Place looks dingy and does not inspire confidence in cleanliness but sometime these hole in the wall places make the best eats.
A really nice small pizza joint vibe, our food was amazing, came out quickly, and service was great! Can't wait to try some more.
