I was in Melbourne Parkdale last week where I grew up many years ago helping My Mum who was recovering from Knee surgery, (who now lives across the road from Love your Soul). I noticed they started selling coffee, I went in for my Latte and came out having signed up for the Trial package. I had a week left of my stay before returning to Sydney so fit in 5 classes before I returned. Chris and his wife have created such an amazing wellness centre with the addition of the massage downstairs that my Mum can use too. Had some of the best smoothies and energy balls ever. The classes were awesome. I can’t wait to visit Mum again and do some more classes. Have a great birthday this Saturday Love You...
My favorite fast food spot in Parkdale! I enjoy treating my kids to wholesome meals instead of the typical junk food offered at most places. I've also participated in the Pilates classes at the studio, and they were fantastic. My daughter is really enjoying the kids' space initiative they have as well. We're fortunate to have this wonderful place in our community. I absolutely love the baobab smoothie; it's so delicious!
I had the pleasure of attending Chris's mat Pilates class tonight, and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner! The atmosphere was so lively and uplifting. The smiles and sense of joy in the room almost made me forget about the workout I was putting my body through (in a good way, of course). I highly recommend it to people of all skill levels!
Very friendly couple who clearly have a passion for healthy and happy lives for families, particularly for mum's with babies, whether in a pram or stuck in a car with a sleeping baby they'll get the food to you! Love Your Soul is the best cafe and yoga studio in the Kingston area. A fantastic place to do some mindful exercise, nourish yourself with great food and be amongst some amazing company.
Love this place! The smoothies are awesome. My favourites are the move-eat-recover and red velvet! Perfect after a class! Eleesha and her staff are gorgeous!
