Afternoon/visit for woodside. great place to spend the afternoon and evening. breathtaking view on liver pool from the outside terrace and if the suns outside there is no better place to sit. the food from haku was as usual fabulous. the evening entertainment was also excellent and it was only a shame that there were so few people to experience it. the outside terrace is such a big plus point and it is regrettable that the table service is no longer in operation and also the cleaning of the tables was very slow. this should be improved and as the warmer days come, this will be so much to what the place could be to spend their summer afternoons.
This restaurant is a lovely spot with stunning views of the Mersey River and the iconic Liverpool waterfront. You can easily reach it by taking the "Ferry Over the Mersey" from Liverpool. The place features many clean tables and chairs, and offers a variety of dining options including vegan dishes, burgers, chips, cookies, sandwiches, and toasties, along with a well-stocked bar. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and there are outdoor seating options available as well. On weekends, you’ll find various stalls alongside the ferry terminal selling a range of products.
This restaurant offers a fantastic outdoor space perfect for a day out. It has everything you could want: ample parking, access to public transportation, ferry trips, a war museum, and plenty of shopping malls. The highlight, however, is undoubtedly the ice cream selection, where guests can choose from a variety of delicious options. There are also one or two bars, along with a stunning view from the elevated deck area overlooking the Merseyside and Liverpool city. It’s a brilliant way to spend the day!
Went thro a few time last week, looked busy, food stalls open, no free parking outside tho, which could prob help, but an improvement from a few years, ago, my image of the Anglican cathedral fireworks, is still on display on the pontoon waiting area, took. What a beautiful place I visited on a Saturday night! The atmosphere was lovely, although it was quite busy. Perhaps because it was a weekend, the crowd made the wait worthwhile. The food was delicious, and there was a wide selection of drinks. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
