I absolutely LOVE the floral dept at this store! The flowers are always so so fresh and seem to last forever, great quality! (I think her name was Ashleigh, lost the paper with her name on it)... did such a great job on this quick custom bouquet for me. I didn't see the colors I wanted in the pre arrengments section, so Ashleigh quickly stepped in to save the day and made this lovely gem from the stems section. She was so patient, kind, and provided such WONDERFUL customer service; it's employee's like her who make Lowes Foods MY go to shopping spot! So disappointed in this store. Go in a 8:20 a m No one in the bread dept. One lady said as she put her apron half on we don’t have any fresh donuts or bread. Then moving to the deli for ham the man told me he was new and did not know what Black Forest ham was. ?? Assistant manager almost blew me off, and said look at your receipt and call the manager at noon. POOR Customer service in this store. Great location, but I will shop elsewhere.
Loved the layout, the decorations and the registers don't have numbers. They are local street names! Very clever! The store has all kinds of foods that are hard to find in other grocery stores. Prices are a little high, but this is a touristy area and you expect higher prices. I Loved the store!!!
I love this store! Especially Lizzy, she is a fantastic worker! However, when I witnessed an interaction from management and how they treated her, I was absolutely mortified. Lowes, make sure your managers are treating your workers better!!

Busy being the day before Thanksgiving...you can tell they weren't set up for this much business...needed more full serve checkout lanes and additional employees at the self check out. Very nice store and they had everything I needed.
There's a bar inside the grocery store!.... And this is a high class grocery store too... Their bakery is out of control amazing! We bought the most delicious double chocolate cake I've ever had for my dad's birthday... Incredible.
Appreciate the nearby convenience availability of some hard to find items but the prices are high and I have had to bag my own order for the past 3 visits. Aldi is not too far away and may be the better choice.
Amazing store with everything you need. The customer service is fantastic. I like the convenience of the delivery service as well. This is a top notch grocer.
