My husband and best friend had the smoked bbq meatloaf. Our friends fiance had the fried chicken, and I had the grouper and shrimp. Everything was outstanding!! The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. There's an odd partition between the dining area and the counter, but you can walk on either side of it. I was not really hungry when the family and I came in, so I got an order of lizzard appetizer as my entree. It was a large portion and I had leftovers! Loyd, Loyd, Loyd. I just got back from an amazing meal at Loyd's. My husband and I had been wanting to try it for a while. It’s a lovely place with wonderful people! We both ordered the fried chicken, and my husband even requested a bowl of the breading—so delicious! I had the carrot soufflé and the sweet and sour Brussels sprouts, which were fantastic.
