After a stressful week, it was a relief to dine at Lu Lu. The service, though it was evident that some of the waitstaff were still learning, was friendly, attentive, and helpful. There was always someone checking in to see if we needed anything without being intrusive or rushed. The menu was extensive for a suburban restaurant, offering a variety of delicious options. The tangy and moist tamarind sticky chicken wings were a standout, as well as the signature dish of spicy coconut sprouts that left us wanting to savor every last bite. The restaurant is a bit more expensive than your average Vietnamese spot, but the ambiance and service make it worth it. We tried the Vietnamese pork and grilled spring rolls, as well as the grilled meat on metal leaves, all of which were delicious. The Vietnamese pancake was tasty but could have had more filling. We also had the Vietnamese stew, which was served with Vietnamese bread. The owner mentioned that the bread was a French influence. The meat was juicy and flavorful. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would definitely return. The service was outstanding and we look forward to coming back.
I had dinner at Lulu on Sunday evening and was very impressed. The service by Don, one of the owners, was very attentive and friendly. We tried the crab rice paper rolls and shrimp with crispy green rice, both of which were excellent. They were fresh, light, and delicious. We also shared a pho, Lulu rice, and softshell crab, all of which were amazing. It was nice to dine at a place with such good food without having to worry about bad weather or difficult parking. The quality of the food, funky decor, and beautiful service at Lulu were all exceptional. Well done, Lulu!
Lu Lu has tasty Vietnamese cuisine, beautifully presented. The decor is clean, interesting and classy. The service is excellent. The barramundi soup was delicious. Lu Lu is the perfect stop off for a meal on the way home. Lu Lu has only opened recently and...they are in the process of obtaining a liquor licence which will hopefully come through shortly. A great addition to High Street dining.

This was our second visit and our first very good experience was not repeated. The food is still good, but this time the service was very slow (the restaurant certainly wasn't full). Then there's the new license charges for BYO ... the website says BYO...welcome but at per person and per bottle this is seriously outrageous. Don't think we'll be returning.
We were exited. A new local Vietnamese restaurant! Very disappointed. The food was bland and overpriced. It's back to Victoria Street for us. A shame really because it's a good location and could have been a winner.
went there once on Friday night, eating was surprisingly delicious, really enjoyed it. the only thing was, it was a little expensive for vietnamese and for its location, if it were cheaper back on regular basis.
We went there when it first opened. The food was vey bland. After about six months we returned. The food is very much improved better seasoned and tastier.

Lulus is our local go to restaurant! Very high quaility Food. Awesome taste!. Very professional. The owners are lovely too.! My favourite restaurant!
Very good spring rolls. Other food ordinary. Lots of room for improvement. Good local Vietnamese food.
