2 HOURS FOR JUST AN APPETIZER???? It is very unfortunate that I have to make this review. I have been at this restaurant a handful of times and loved the food, but today was my last straw with them. I went in to order an appetizer and a side salad thinking that would be quick and easy. I placed my order with the server, Jordan, who then gave me a water and then left. I sat there waiting for my food for over 45 minutes. I had to wave my server down and ask her where the food was, and she went to check on it. 10 minutes later, she tells me that the ticket was lost and she would rush it. At this point, I was a bit annoyed but, decided to wait it out. Another 20 minutes go by and I'm finally ser...
$20 for a pre-cooked hamber like McDonald's. Ive eaten here maybe 4 or 5 times since they opened everytime the food service was really bad. No way was my food cooked fresh in the short time it came out. I worked in very nice hotels in catering in the bay area and this food sat for way too long in a shaffing/warming dish. The bun was hard as a rock, the meat fries were barely warm. Meat was so dry I could hardly swallow it. Added insult is they charge $1 to use a card. Every time I've been there the food is really bad service is poor. I just don't believe these 4star reviews are real.
Service was great sitting at the bar. Definitely a locals hangout. The atmosphere was pretty lively with the music being pretty loud on a Sunday evening with people having to almost yell at one another to talk. I ordered thebpork chop and it was a bit overcooked. Same goes for the asparagus as it was mushy by the time I got it. Mashed potatoes were decent. I'd go back for a drink or two but based on the chop I can't say I'd rush back to eat.
We love Lucca's! There food and service is great! They have an outdoor Beer Garden and have top flight music there. It's free and children and pets are welcome in the garden and the outdoor tables at the restaurant outdoor seating. Jan Lucca the owner and manager Sonya as well as their staff are amazing. My favorites are their Fried Chicken, hamburgers and fish and chips. They also have a full bar. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

We love playing at Lucca's and can't wait to go back. Always a great crowd and a lovely setting by the Bay. The friendly and courteous staff takes great care of the band and everyone, and we appreciate Cosh's attention to providing excellent sound!
The location is beautiful because you can sit out on the patio and face the main street or on the side street you can get a good view of the water and watch the sunset. They have lots of outdoor tables.
Great Atmosphere Music! I only had a salad but it was Tasty. I Loved the Reggae band on Sunday 2024.My 1st time I'll be back soon.
Fish and chips is ok oily and chips is ok coleslaw was rubbish and what’s with the vinegar with all food
