Food was good been here twice the manager however appears to be racist, put his finger inside my takeout container, told me I got too much food last time I went and I shouldn’t of been served what I was given when I dined in. Even when I dined in the waiter told me and my partner that we probably wouldn’t finish the food we were tryna order and said to share a side. Which is weird because the more we order the more money for them, Idk if they low on ingredients or what but the experiences here were weird. The host was very kind though. Overall, you’ll receive better treatment if you’re white man/ woman for sure.
I was unfortunately disappointed by my visit to Lucca this past weekend. I had been looking forward to going. The ambiance and drinks were great. When it came to service and food it was very underwhelming. It took about 30 min after being seated to get bread, which the service said was just coming out of the oven and was being cut, then it was freezing cold when it arrived. For the price of the entrees they were not great. They also seemed to be pretty underprepared for valentines day weekend. Maybe it was just a fluke, but i was very bummed when looking forward to a nice meal out!
Lucca is a great restaurant with very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly servers. The food is delicious and made to perfection with a wide range of choices to choose from. The atmosphere is relaxed in the main dining room and definitely amped up more at the bar with great live music. We had our rehearsal dinner here on 9/15/22 and it completely exceeded all of our expectations. We dealt with Julie to plan it and she was wonderful and so responsive! The food was amazing and the waitstaff could not have been better. It was really some of the best service we received in a very long time. We had about 35 guests and all of them were very happy and impressed. I would suggest this restaurant for any event if you are thinking about it!

I was very lucky to find a last minute dinner reservation on OpenTable for Valentine’s Day on a Friday night and I’m grateful that I took the only 5:45 pm slot after I saw 4.7 rating for Lucca restaurant. In general we loved everything about this place including service, wine and beer, food and atmosphere even though it was a very busy night and had to wait a little for everything it didn’t matter because it was worth it. We will be back

Really good food and the service was good. We ate at a high-top in the bar area and was near the fireplace. The bread and olive oil were a great way to start the dinner.
