the service was very good, but the staff waiting for us changed over and over again. they were attentive and delivered a good service. that was delicious. they can find similar meals on the same trips with a less culinary experience. the atmosphere was that of fine eating with a quiet residential area at tables in the bar when it was early dining room. when we finished our escapes, a group began to form bar that was quite loud and rough. the personal did not try to calm them down to not disturb other guests. the dessert was not the same attention to the quality as the salat and main courses. had a reservation of 6 o'clock before they see a concert at a venue around the corner from the restaurant. we sat at 6:10, had a few apps within 30 minutes, but we did not receive our main courses until 7:55, which is our party of 6 for concert too late. we had told the hostess and our waiter about our trip, and our necessity to eat ready and until 7:30 o'clock. the manager came around 7:35 clock to table and promised that our food would be served within 3 minutes. do not go them when they are in a timetable, eat as average at best, waiter was a sacrifice of a badly guided kitchen
Long time diner at this restaurant but our first time this year, Requested bar seating in reservation but were seated in dining room. After a half-hour wait, brought the wrong appetizers. Half-hour wait to get bottle of wine. Additional hour wait for second course which did not include entree for one of our party. We cancelled the entree. We could get no explanation from the hostess about what the problem was.
We came to town for a lacrosse tournament. The boys wanted Italian and there were 7 of us. This is true Italian! If you complaint about how the long the food took, the you’re not used to fine dining. It was Peres t and so was the food. Many folks took care of us and all were super friendly. Highly recommended.
