I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While I understand that staff may need to bring their children to work, there should be better supervision. At one point, both kids were climbing on our table, which took our attention away from our meal. Their mother simply said "I'm sorry" and walked off, leaving the children there. "Sum Hing" was a fitting name that came with delicious food, but "Lucky Bowl" feels more accurate in that you're lucky if the food actually tastes good.
