It deserves a 1 star because of how bad the service is and all the food has this sour burnt aftertaste like it’s overdue, i had fried rice, pho and chicken wings and they all taste like that, the lady there argue saying that it’s not overdue on the hoisin bottle but you can clearly see it , she told me that they refill with new one into the bottle but i didn’t buy it and hoisin sauce is not supposed to taste sour or irony they are sweet and salty! everything there doesn’t seem fresh the jalapeño looks dry like it’s been cut for three days the pictures looks promising but not the taste and i do not recommend this place for anyone if you don’t want to get sick don’t go there.
I really like the atmosphere of this restaurant. I would suggest trying something different instead of the usual dishes at Americanized Chinese restaurants, as some negative reviews seem to focus on items like sweet and sour chicken or cream cheese wontons. It's unfortunate that these dishes are always expected at Chinese restaurants. This place feels very cozy to me, with very few sit-down customers, making it a nice quiet spot to enjoy tea and a meal with a friend. They also offer vegan options, just ask the server for more information.
I experienced a frustrating situation with their delivery service. It seems they refuse to deliver to certain neighborhoods or to people they assume are Black. My apartment has no issues with crime, yet they turned down my order today, even though I received a delivery from the same restaurant earlier, just from a different person. The customer service representative I spoke with was rude and displayed borderline racist behavior.
Literally GROSS! I Ordered sesame chicken on door dash and it came very dry and distasteful. Even the fortune cookie was stale. Very disappointed worst Asian food experience in my 25 years of living

Vegetarian options: The made-to-order mock duck is fantastic and accompanied by fresh vegetables such as broccoli, red peppers, mushrooms, and cauliflower.
Charged me $10 instead of $7 as they claimed that the price has changed. If so why didn't mark that out? Also the food taste awful .
