3/2/24.. My firsr time ever and I stop at this location and the female cook started preparing my food. I just happened to stand there after paying for my order and I notice the cook started getting my ingredients together with her BARE HANDS NO GLOVES AT ALL!! She then started getting the loi meinnoodles together with her BARE HANDS AGAIN. right then in there I decided that I didn't want my food from this place. I spoked to the gentlemen that took my order and ask for my Money back. I told him that she was handling all of my food by naked hand and then told me we don't use gloves!! The health department needs to visit this location
I always loved the food here but I wish the customer service was more welcoming and the staff was a little more personable. When I walked in I greeted the guy at the front and said, ‘ Hi how are you?’. He just gave me a blank stare until I placed my order which made the experience uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the food is always a good??.
This Chinese food reminds me of back in the day . I loved it i went back three times in a row. The shrimp egg foo young is so good i was very impressed. The fried rice is very good too. These days its hard to find a place that the food is good . No Complaints here.
There food is always great. You cant lose with the gereal sos and fried rice. Everything i ever got here is amazing. Best chineese place in the county. Everytime i eat there i get highschool vibes, which makes me happier then anything which adds to the experience

This is my favorite place to get fried chicken wings and French fries. I used to come here frequently After school since it’s so close. Ever since I graduated I still crave this place lol. If u pass by i definitely recommend the wings and fries
Had the sweet and sour chicken and the shrimp toast last night. VERY GREASYnot good at all tried 1 peice of the toast through it in the trash. Ate about half of the S/S chicken wish I never done that.
every time i visit lucky house, the food is spectacular. i'm a huge fan of their fried dumplings and their shrimp lo mein. yum! never had a bad experience with lucky house.
Amazing food, have been ordering from this place for years but the person who answers the phone and customer service is just horrible.
