I've been going to Lucky Sushi Bar every now and then, today went to do a favor order for a customer and received the worst customer experience. Once placing the order the person that assisted me by the name of Miguel D, was bothered on assisting me, that he kept swiping my favor card so rough, also threw my card in front of me instead of handing it to me to my hand, grabbed the receipt for me to do a signature and threw it in front of me with the pen. If your not happy working there, find something else and improve your customer service skills, this is unacceptable and definitely disappointed on the way I was treated. Placed a simple order which was just one item.
I've been here 3 times. It is not quick but it is getting faster and the food is quite good though a little pricy. I recommend the Yokohama. It is well balanced and tasty. The other rolls a nigri are also good. I haven't tried one of there burritos yet. Maybe next time.
Staff is so wonderful and always very attentive. Have two small children and they get special treatment, window markers, and lots of smiles! Menu has many excellent selections and presentation is very impressive! Love it here!
I had a raw and a fried roll and both sushi orders were fresh and flavorful. The cucumber crab salad was delicious. Service was excellent, I felt very welcome as a first time guest. I will definitely return.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant for my first visit. The food was excellent and the service was pretty good too. I felt very comfortable at this place and the food was truly excellent.
Great service excellent atmosphere and awesome food. Don't forget to check in via FB to obtain a discount on your visit. Best sushi place in Edinburg and highly recommended.
The sushi here has a really good flavor i love that they have happy hour specials add day on weekends I got the tokyo roll and it was yummy
Waitress wants $6 to spend 3 minutes putting food in a bag. Was told 15% was the min. on two occasions for takeout

Was my 1st time coming to this place the waitress was nice and my sushi was good had a 1st great experience.
Love this place! The food is spectacular and their customer service is outstanding!
